What you're charged for, how targeting works, and what we keep about visitors.

How do I know the clicks are real?
Every visit is checked for bots and link previews, duplicates, unusual volume, country, and whether a person actually used the page. Your dashboard shows total clicks against valid clicks, and why the rest were filtered out.
What exactly am I charged for?
You're charged only for valid clicks, at the price you set. Duplicates, bots, preview crawlers, clicks on your own links, and visits outside your targeting are not billed. Sales and sign-ups can be tracked, and they are not a separate charge.
How do I target specific countries or regions?
When you create an ad, choose worldwide, include only certain countries, or exclude certain countries. We detect each visitor's country and only bill visits that match. You can also name areas with a latitude, longitude, and radius. Visitors there are asked for their location. A mismatch lowers the visit's trust score. It does not replace the country check.
Can I track sales or sign-ups, not just clicks?
Yes. Every visitor reaches your site with a unique click ID on the URL. Report a sale or sign-up with a signed server-to-server postback, or with the optional tracking pixel. Your dashboard then shows conversion rate and cost per conversion. UTM parameters are added so you can match the visits in your own analytics.
Can I control how much I spend?
Yes. Set a daily budget and a total budget on each ad. Spending stops when a limit is reached. That budget is held from your prepaid wallet until it is spent or released, so a click can't cost more than you've deposited.
What happens if I think I was charged for invalid traffic?
Email admin@bsstr.xyz from the account that was charged and say which ad looks wrong. We review the click records. If the traffic was invalid, we reverse the charge and credit your wallet. Boostr earnings stay on hold for 14 days, which is usually long enough to reverse a bad click before it is paid out.
What kinds of ads and destination links are allowed?
Ads are images (JPEG, PNG, WebP, or GIF, up to 5 MB) or video up to 2 minutes (MP4, WebM, or QuickTime). Slideshows are part of the paid plan. The destination must be an https link to a safe site you control. We scan links for malware and phishing and review the ad before it goes live. An ad that isn't truthful, or that breaks those rules, is rejected or taken down.
